Leopoldo (Leo) Meneses

Leopoldo “Leo” Meneses, NMLS #1481577 is a full time professional Loan Officer and Real Estate Broker who has been servicing the South Florida market in Broward, Miami-Dade and the Palm Beaches since 2001. After 15 years of experience in the banking industry in Florida, Leo decided to obtain the license as mortgage broker (MLO), helping buyers and owners to obtain better financing options. Also, Leo formed a real estate brokerage company “Casa Realty Solutions Inc” that provided full broker services to the local and international markets.

Leo earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and MBA from Southern Oregon University (Ashland, Oregon) and his Mortgage Broker (MLO) and Real Estate Broker Licenses from the State of Florida. He earned several designations and courses which allow him to focus on Lending, Residential/Commercial Real Estate, Foreclosures (REO), Short Sales (CDPE), Investment Opportunities and New Developments. Leo believes that one of the keys to success is a continually updated education, keeping a watchful eye on evolving trends and changes in these markets.

Leo was born in Caracas, Venezuela and he transferred to the Florida, USA in 1995 to lead an operation focused on project management for a Latin America company. As part of the continuing effort to elevate his participation in the community, he worked for the banking industry for more than 15 years where he occupied different positions in commercial/residential lending and management.

Mario Alfonso

Mario Alfonso is a full time professional Loan Officer and Real Estate Broker who has been servicing the South Florida market in Broward, Miami-Dade and the Palm Beaches since 2004.After 20 years of experience in Management and Business Ownership in the food and Transportation industries in the New York and Connecticut areas, he sold his business and moved down to Wellington FL in late 2003.

He became a Real Estate Agent in 2004, and by the end of the year, Mario decided to obtain his  license as a mortgage broker (MLO), helping buyers and owners to obtain better financing options. He worked at first for a Lender in WPB, eventually opening his own indepentent Mortgage Branch, becoming a Branch Manager while getting at the same time his Real Estate Broker License,and becoming the Broker Owner of Franklin Jefferson Realty, a real estate brokerage company in West Palm Beach FL, that provided full broker services to the South Florida Market, and in 2009 he also became the Qualifying Broker for Freedom Realty of America in West Palm Beach FL

In addition to his Real Estate and Mortgage licenses, he also holds a Real Estate Instructor License, a Life, Health and Variable Annuities License, and, until recently, a YachtBroker License, where he was involved for a few years in the Marine Industry specializing in Luxury MotorYachts of above 25 ft in length.

Born and educated in Uruguay, a descendant from proud Italian immigrants, Mario is fluent in three languages, English, Spanish and Portuguese. And has resided in the US since 1983.

He is a faithful practitioner of his motto: “Excellence through Dedication and Integrity” and his skills and entrepreneurial experience make him a solid advisor for his clients in any situation.
