Tulio Rodriguez

Tulio Rodriguez is the managing partner and co-founder of KoRes, a real estate and consulting agency, specializing in equity raising and financing for large scale real estate development projects in Florida and throughout the United States. Tulio has more than 25 years of hands-on experience in high level management consulting, multi-million dollar project management and equity raising and strategic analysis of complex statistical trends and vital government policy initiatives that impact his clients. Tulio is a frequent and renowned guest speaker on national television and radio, drawing on his vast knowledge of economics and finance to educate and empower individuals and businesses to make the best possible personal financial and business decisions. Tulio has taught extensively at the University level and currently writes a monthly economics and finance column for the City of Weston newspaper. He is fluent in Spanish and English.

Leopoldo (Leo) Meneses

Leopoldo “Leo” Meneses, NMLS #1481577 is a full time professional Loan Officer and Real Estate Broker who has been servicing the South Florida market in Broward, Miami-Dade and the Palm Beaches since 2001. After 15 years of experience in the banking industry in Florida, Leo decided to obtain the license as mortgage broker (MLO), helping buyers and owners to obtain better financing options. Also, Leo formed a real estate brokerage company “Casa Realty Solutions Inc” that provided full broker services to the local and international markets.

Leo earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and MBA from Southern Oregon University (Ashland, Oregon) and his Mortgage Broker (MLO) and Real Estate Broker Licenses from the State of Florida. He earned several designations and courses which allow him to focus on Lending, Residential/Commercial Real Estate, Foreclosures (REO), Short Sales (CDPE), Investment Opportunities and New Developments. Leo believes that one of the keys to success is a continually updated education, keeping a watchful eye on evolving trends and changes in these markets.

Leo was born in Caracas, Venezuela and he transferred to the Florida, USA in 1995 to lead an operation focused on project management for a Latin America company. As part of the continuing effort to elevate his participation in the community, he worked for the banking industry for more than 15 years where he occupied different positions in commercial/residential lending and management.

Although new to residential lending, Earon brings 18 years of progressive management, contract negotiation, business development and project management experience to the KoRes team. In his previous endeavors, he has negotiated numerous contracts resulting in millions of dollars in revenue and long term business partnerships, and managed numerous projects. His passion and drive to always find the best solution to every problem is why he is and will be an invaluable asset to our team as we grow.

In addition to his Mortgage license, he also holds an MBA.
